January’s already over and we have started this year with a month of great changes and features. Let’s see what’s new.

All-inclusive pricing

For a long time our pricing was really confusing. Each of our subscription plans included different features. On top of this, add various number of help centers you can manage and users on your team, and a huge mess happens.

We are thrilled to introduce our new simplified and all-inclusive pricing. Now, any of our subscription plans will give you the full-featured HelpCenter.io.

Only 3 things will differ between subscriptions. First, it’s the number of knowledge bases you can manage. Second — the number of users that can be on your team. And finally, the number of days for historical analytics you are getting.

Last but not least, our “Established” subscription plan will be the only one to feature our “Stellar” customer support with first response time up to 1 hour. The other 2 will still guarantee first response time in 12 hours.

We hope the new pricing will make it easier for everybody to kick-start a great help center in no time without the fuss.

Hurry up, our Bootstrap plan won’t be that cheap for long. Yes, you get support for custom domain.

And that’s not all. There was one particular feature that’s been in development and internal testing for the last few months and we’ve released it this January in private beta.

Better than the average chat bot

Chat bots have been quite trendy recently but wouldn’t it be better if people got relevant help before they’ve even asked for it.

Introducing our smart widget which will make it even easier for your customers to find all the information they need without ever leaving the comfort of your website and without reaching out to your customer support asking the same questions again and again.

All the help your customers might need directly on your website.

It automatically analyses the content of your website and suggest the most relevant help articles for the current page so people can quickly find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding what they are looking at.

For example, let’s say a customer is looking at your pricing. Our widget will automatically see that this is the pricing page and display the top help articles about your pricing.

You can forget about manually placing FAQ sections throughout your website anymore. Just set up our widget and let it do all the work of showing relevant help.
