Analytics we run ourselves

We measure how our own website performs using a system that we built and host ourselves, on our own servers in the European Union. It is what sets the hc_ cookies listed in the table above. We use it to count visits, to understand which pages help people decide, and to see which campaigns bring people to us.

We do not track you on other websites – the system only ever sees helpcenter.io. We do not sell or share this information, and no advertising network receives it. We do not store your IP address, and the identifier expires after 13 months, after which the underlying records are deleted.

You can switch it off whenever you like: turn our analytics off. We also honour the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals that browsers can send, automatically and without you having to ask.

Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile.
