Support Classic
A warm, familiar support hub with a hero search customers reach for first.
Aurora Support opens on a soft gradient hero with search front and centre, then brings categories, FAQs, trending articles and a contact prompt together.
Included on every plan, and in the 14-day free trial. No credit card needed.

Aurora Support puts everything a visitor might need on the home page: a gradient hero with your logo, navigation and a large search box, category cards, your FAQs, a “Trending articles” list and a prompt to contact you when the answer is not there.
When AI answers are switched on, visitors can ask in their own words straight from the hero’s search box. Article pages keep your categories in a sidebar and end with a rating and related articles.
What Aurora Support puts on each page before you change anything. Every section can be removed, reordered or added to in the editor.
Search results, contact and 404 pages are designed in the same style.
These are the settings Aurora Support ships with. Each one is a control in the visual editor, and changing it restyles every page at once. Add your logo, use your own fonts, and add custom CSS when you want full control.
